Returns & Exchanges
Tape & Physical Products
Return Window: You may return unopened, unused tape or physical products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return: Email us at sales@equi-tape.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or we made an error.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item.
Education & Digital Products
Online Courses: All course sales are final due to the instant access to digital content. If you have trouble accessing your course or are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us—we’re here to help!
Bundles (Tape + Course): Physical items in a bundle may be returned under the above policy. Digital course access is non-refundable.
International Orders
Returns are accepted under the same policy, but customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: Please email sales@equi-tape.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right! All orders are insured at no extra charge.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are fulfilled/shipped, we fulfill Monday - Saturday by noon. After the order ships there is no way to cancel the order. To request a cancellation, email sales@equi-tape.com as soon as possible with your order number. If we have already fulfilled your order it will be too late.
Shipping Policy
We ship orders Monday–Saturday.
Delivery times vary by location (typically 3–7 business days in the US).
Tracking information is provided via email when your order ships.

How do I return an international order?
