What Equi-Tape® education courses are available?
We offer multiple accredited digital courses for all experience levels:
Who are these courses for?
Most of our courses are designed for both equine professionals and horse owners who want to learn safe, effective taping techniques to support equine health.
Are the courses accredited?
Yes, Equi-Tape® Fundamentals Course & the OIO Bimechanics Course are accredited and recognized internationally. Certified practitioners receive a certificate upon completion. Check back for modules becoming CEU qualified.
Accessing Courses & App
How do I access my course after purchase?
Courses are delivered via the Equi-Tape® App. Use the email you provided at checkout to log in.

I can’t log in or access my course. What should I do?
Double-check you’re using the same email as your purchase and that you are on the app not the website. If you’re still having trouble, contact support at sales@equi-tape.com for help.
How long will I have access to my course?
You have lifetime access to all purchased courses, including future updates.
Are courses available in other languages?
Text files are available in Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, and Arabic. (Note: The app itself does not support subtitles currently, however, it is in progress of being to. Check back frequently for that feature to be available).
Can I access courses on multiple devices?
Yes! Log in with your email on any device—phone, tablet, or computer.
Will I receive updates if course content changes?
Yes, all enrollees get automatic access to updated course materials.

Are there practical demonstrations in the courses?
Yes, all courses include video demonstrations, downloadable guides, and case studies.
Do I need to buy Equi-Tape® to complete the course?

Certification & Continuing Education
How do I become a Certified Equi-Taping® Practitioner?
Complete the required courses and pass the final exam/case studies. You’ll receive a digital certificate and have the option of being listed in our practitioner directory.
Is there a time limit to complete certification?
No, you can progress at your own pace.
Do you offer continuing education credits?
Yes, the Fundamentals Course, OIO Biomechanics Course (soon the Modules) provide CE credits for many professional organizations. Our accreditations are through NCBTMC, IAAMB, RACE.

My course isn’t loading or videos aren’t playing. What should I do?
Try refreshing your browser/app, clearing cache, or switching devices. If issues persist, contact us with a screenshot.
I’m having trouble navigating the app. Are there tutorials?
Yes! Watch our App Navigation Tutorial for step-by-step help.
I didn’t receive my course confirmation email.
Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact support or go to the app, use your email address you purchased the course with for your user ID, click forgot password, a new password will be emailed to you.

What is your refund policy for courses?
All course sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your course, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Special Scenarios & Advanced Questions
Can I use Equi-Taping® techniques on horses with specific conditions (e.g., stringhalt, headshaking, capped hocks, navicular, EPM, fibrotic myopathy)?
Yes, our courses include condition-specific protocols and case studies. For detailed guides, see the relevant modules or contact us for recommendations.
Are there live Q&A or support sessions?
We periodically host live webinars and Q&A sessions. Check your email for announcements.
