Follow these simple steps to log in, start learning, and get support—anytime, anywhere.

How to Access Your Courses

Step 1: Download the Equi-Tape® App

Step 2: Check Your Email for Login Info

  • Look for a message from The Equi-Tape® App (check spam/junk folders).
  • Use your website email and the temporary password provided.

Step 3: Log In to the App

  • Enter your email and password.
  • If you didn’t receive a password, tap “Forgot Password” to reset.

Step 4: Access Your Courses

  • The App will open to the Learn tab, here you will see your purchased courses.
  • If a course is missing, log out of the app and log back in.

Step 5: Download Workbooks & Materials

  • Inside each course, look for the “Supporting Materials” section for PDFs/workbooks.

Inside each course, look for the “Supporting Materials” section.

Do I need to buy tape to access my course?

You do not need tape to access your course, but you’ll need it for hands-on practice. Shop tape here.
