Protocol:
Begin with the Basics course to learn proper tape handling, stretch, and technique. Use the Practical Solutions Poll, TMJ, or Headshakers applications as demonstrated in the Practical Solutions Series. For headshaking, apply both the Poll and the Headshakers protocols together. For suspected or confirmed Head Shakers Syndrome (HSS), complete the Poll and Headshakers applications, document detailed notes, and record before/after videos over at least one week for accurate assessment. For severe poll or TMJ tension, use both the Poll and TMJ protocols together.
