We're here to help you get all the education you need to make the most out of our product. 

To access our education materials, you must first download the Equi-Tape® App. You can download the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can also access the online version at https://equi-tape.passion.io. 

Once you have the app, watch for an email from us (sometimes it might go into your spam or junk folder). Log in to the app using the email address you use to access your account on the Equi-Tape® website and use the temporary password we provide in the email from the Equi-Tape® App. If you can't find the email, don't worry! Just click "forgot password," and we'll send you another email with a temporary password. 

Physical products are only included in the Fundamentals Course & Kit, Beyond the Basics Course & Kit, and the Basics Course & Kit. 

Once logged into the app, click the “Learn” tab. This will bring you to the course section, where all purchased education will be. 

Important note: If applicable, please check the supporting materials section of your course. This is where you will access things like your student workbook and PDFs; most of your course questions will be answered there. 

If you are logged into the Equi-Tape® app and have purchased a new course, you may need to log out and then back in for the latest course to appear in the Learn section.
